Description :

This is a description of an AI-powered chat and email support system that automates support work using natural language processing and GPT-3. The system was built by a team who collected support requests from Zendesk and relevant data from Shopify, then refined the data using Python scripts and fine-tuned the GPT-3 model to create two separate models for chatbot and SMS support, and email support. The team utilized the Lama Index and Lanchen Model to improve accuracy and wrote custom queries to detect real-time information. The refined models were integrated into a Shopify app for seamless customer interaction, and voice output capabilities are currently being added.
